After five successful seasons of the hit show, Fixer Upper, on HGTV, Joanna and Chip Gaines will finally say goodbye. They shared on their blog that they are both saddened by the fact that season 5 of the Fixer Upper show will be their last. They also shared that while they are quite confident that they are making the right decision, it wasn’t easy to come to terms with. They felt that their family has grown alongside their avid viewers and that they have felt the support and love from the other side of the screen. It will be a bittersweet goodbye for them.

The couple also confirmed that the reasons for ending their show have nothing to do with marriage or health problems or a particular skincare line or any other rumors that will inevitably spread They explained that they need to take a breather to strengthen their weak spots, rest their tired bodies, and focus on giving love and attention to their businesses and their family. Fortunately, this won’t be the last time you’ll be hearing from Jo and Chip. Waco is still ongoing, even though Fixer Upper will be put to a close.
They also shared that they are not yet done revamping homes and they aren’t done designing things to make homes the most favorite place on earth for the families. They also aren’t done restoring things and helping those who need it. They said that they are just getting started. They will be publishing their second book on October 17, which is titled Capital Gaines: Smart Things I Learned Doing Stupid Stuff. They will also be launching their first collection with Target on November 5. Aside from those, Jo teasingly said that she is currently working on a cookbook which will be titled Magnolia Table Cookbook.Picture: https://www.instagram.com/p/BZXc_NRHw0E/The fifth and final season of the Fixer Upper will be premiering on November 28 on HGTV.
