When someone mentions the phrases, “Hollywood beauty,” “classic glamour,” or even a general, “beauty and glamour,” you would likely be inclined to think of actresses like Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn, women who were phenomenal performers, but also were the definition of vintage Hollywood beauty, grace, and glamour. Now, of course, those years have gone by and many of the actresses who were so synonymous with that era are sadly no longer with us. But when you think about it, there are many women who have come into their own, ushering in a new era of modern Hollywood glamour.
One of these women is undoubtedly, the stunning Natalie Portman. Featured on lists cultivated by both Maxim and Empire for the most beautiful and most glamorous Hollywood movie stars, Portman might very well be Hepburn reincarnated.
Portman, now thirty-six years old, says that with her two kids, she no longer has time to exercise the same beauty routines that she used to, but she has actually uncovered some pretty simple fixes. For example, she says that her skin has not experienced a single breakout since she became a vegan six years ago. That sure sounds a heck of a lot easier than all sorts of products and chemicals!
Portman is, of course, most famous for her roles in the prequel trilogy of George Lucas’s iconic Star Wars films and in the two installments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe known as Thor and Thor: The Dark World as Jane Foster, the love interest for Chris Hemsworth’s Norse God of Thunder. However, Portman’s finest performances come in films with smaller budgets like Darren Aronofsky’s psychological thriller, Black Swan, and last year’s Oscar-nominated biopic about the former first lady, Jackie.
